Botox® injections are successful in treating lines and wrinkles created by muscle contractions. The contraction of muscles in the frown area can give the impression of being negative or angry. Once Botox® is injected into these muscles it prevents them from contracting and the wrinkles are smoothed out. This creates a more refreshed and positive impression. Crows feet or lines at the corners of the eyes can be softened to give you a more natural rested look as well as giving life to your brow.
Some of our Ohsweken clients use Botox® as a preventative treatment before the lines or wrinkles become to obvious.
Typically, Botox® treatments will last 3-4 months and is dependant on the amount you require and the area to be treated.
Injections are safe to perform and you may resume all your normal activities the following day. Many of our clients return directly back to work immediately after their Botox® treatment.
