What Is Blu-U With Levulan?

Levulan, a topical agent, works by getting absorbed by abnormal cells, pores, and oil glands, making them more responsive to the Blu-U light.

When combined with Blu-U light therapy, Levulan can provide a more intensive treatment option for stubborn or persistent acne in appropriate candidates. Levulan enhances the effectiveness of Blu-U light therapy, helping improve results for some clients with persistent acne.

However, it's important to know that if you're on Accutane, have sensitivity to light, or are pregnant or nursing, this treatment combination might not be the best fit for you.

BTL EMSELLA is a new service now being offered here, and if you are someone like me who has lived her life with too many bathroom breaks, I would recommend giving this treatment a try. I have dealt with a sensitive bladder for most of my life, and to say the least, this has been inconvenient. I was getting up at least once a night and whenever I was out looking for the closest washroom. When I heard about this treatment being offered, I decided to give it a try. Six sessions over 3 weeks. Nothing invasive or painful. My experience so far has been liberating in that I am no longer having an interrupted sleep and can wander the mall for a few hours before scoping out the nearest washroom. In my opinion this has been totally worth it.
